Elisabeth Mberg has a strong background in process engineering and design. Since obtaining her Master's degree in industrial engineering from the "Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Industries Chimiques" in France and a degree in chemical engineering obtained in Germany, she has had the opportunity to work as an industrial project manager for the implementation of production lines in an international context. She has worked in the chemical, biochemical, industrial maintenance, logistics and transportation sectors as well as in wastewater treatment, oil and natural gas processing. Her professional background has allowed her to build knowledge in project resource management, feasibility study management, plant realization and start-up as well as investment management. She has facilitated workshops with the various plant trades (maintenance, manufacturing, logistics, safety, etc.) for the implementation of new systems or several throughput changes. After 12 years of working in companies in Europe, she is now using her knowledge in automated production to help small and medium size organisations grow their business as a technical consultant in automation.
I've managed teams in Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources, and Change Management. I specialize in building human centric leadership. I’m continuously seeking opportunities to guide businesses to be future ready. I work with forward-thinking leaders and change makers who want to shift toward creating human-centric cultures which propel growth of people, profit, and planet. My wishes are for people be as happy to go to work on Monday as we are when we leave on Friday. Increased self-awareness to build strategies that harness natural strengths. The understanding that leadership is a mindset not a title. Being equipped to work smarter, not harder.
