Our Expertise

Building a Strong, Sovereign Canadian Economy

We chose to commit to the defence sector out of conviction. In the face of today’s challenges, we believe it’s our responsibility to help build a stronger, more sovereign, and more resilient Canadian economy. If service once meant wearing a uniform, today we answer that call through operational expertise—helping organizations build the structure needed to support critical supply chains.

Canada’s defence market is accelerating—but for many SMEs, breaking into the supply chain still feels out of reach.

Opportunity isn’t the constraint.
Execution is.

To be selected—and to stay on contract—suppliers must prove:
• repeatable, stable operations
• disciplined management and governance systems
• documented compliance with stringent standards
• reliable delivery under pressure
Many SMEs have the expertise—but not yet the structure required to scale into defence.

In parallel, OEMs and integrators are under pressure to strengthen their supplier networks:
• protect delivery timelines by securing the supply chain
• qualify new suppliers faster—without increasing risk
• reduce non-compliance and performance failures

We close the gap between capability and contract-ready execution.

What we do in practice

Accelerate your access to the defence supply chain

For SMEs

We help you move from “interested” to contract-ready by:

  • clarifying defence-market requirements and expectations
  • building a practical roadmap to compliance and delivery capability
  • implementing management and governance systems that hold up under audit and pressure
  • increasing operational capacity (productivity, flow, supply chain performance)
  • preparing for certifications and supporting the journey end-to-end
  • identifying relevant government programs to support investments
  • structuring and strengthening funding applications
  • supporting teams through complex operational change

For OEMs

We help you build a stronger supplier ecosystem by:

  • preparing cohorts of suppliers to meet your requirements
  • structuring repeatable capability ramp-up approaches
  • reducing onboarding risk with stronger governance and readiness checks
  • accelerating compliance and operational readiness across partners

Build a delivery capability that holds up under constraint

We help SMEs and prime contractors build a defence-ready supply chain—structured, compliant, and built to deliver under constraint.

Our approach is built on three execution-critical principles:

  • Diagnostic clarity: a clear baseline of risks, gaps, and true capability
  • Execution structuring: systems, governance, and routines that perform under pressure
  • Capability transfer: teams enabled to run independently—and stay credible

No theory. No binders on a shelf.
We build execution systems that deliver.

Quality and management systems

We structure an ISO 9001-compliant quality management system that stabilizes operations and reduces variability—giving you greater control, predictability, and credibility with prime contractors.

Aerospace and Defence

We prepare your organization to meet the requirements of AS9100, AS9110 (maintenance), and AS9120 (supply chain). You build the rigour and traceability needed to deliver in an environment where compliance is non-negotiable.

Information Security

We implement practices aligned with the CCCP (Canadian Cybersecurity Certification Program), ISO 27001, 27017 (cloud), 27018 (protection of personal information—PII), and 27019 (energy) to secure your data and operations. You reduce risk, protect your reputation, and meet requirements.

Environment and Sustainability

We integrate ISO 14001 requirements into your operations to structure environmental performance. You meet regulatory expectations while improving overall efficiency.

We deploy an ISO 45001-aligned system that protects your teams and stabilizes operations—reducing incidents and strengthening business continuity.

Risk Management

We structure your approach in line with ISO 31000 to identify, prioritize, and manage risk. You make faster, better-controlled decisions in an uncertain environment.

Medical Devices

We support ISO 13485-aligned systems so you can meet medical-sector requirements, access regulated markets, and maintain product quality and safety at scale.

Ethics and Compliance

We implement ISO 37001-aligned mechanisms to strengthen integrity and prevent corruption—reducing legal risk and protecting partner trust.

Artificial Intelligence

We align your practices with ISO/IEC 42001:2023 so you can innovate responsibly—maintaining control, compliance, and system security as AI adoption grows.

Execution Capability

We support organizations beyond certification to strengthen execution capability. That includes optimizing operations, structuring the supply chain, and building the capabilities needed to respond effectively to RFPs and tenders. The goal: turn compliance into a lever for sustainable growth and access to new opportunities.
